Urgent Help
If you are in crisis and need immediate support, please contact your GP or, in an emergency, call 999.
If you have urgent mental health concerns about yourself or someone you’re with, please be aware that the Crisis Line has recently changed — call NHS 111 and select Option 2 for mental health services.
You can also go directly to the Accident and Emergency Department at your local hospital for help.
